Ok, I have an older fig that I have been wanting to remove the paint from and I need to know what will be the best way to do it w/o fogging up the clear parts?

thanks to Plastic Addict for this:
get some Easy-Off SCENT-FREE Oven Cleaner.
soak fig.
wrap in plastic bag, leave overnight.
under running water, scrub with UNUSED toothbrush.
DO NOT get this crap in your eyes!!
